Overview of Services

Bildr provides a marketplace where developers ("Developers") can offer their Bubble development services to Clients. Bildr facilitates communication, project agreements, and payments but does not guarantee the quality or completion of work.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

User roles and Responsibilites

1 Clients:

Clients are responsible for clearly outlining their project needs, expectations, and deliverables.
Clients must ensure timely communication and payment for agreed-upon services.

2 Developers:

Developers are responsible for accurately representing their skills, experience, and qualifications.
Developers agree to deliver work in accordance with agreed-upon project terms.

3 Bildr:

Bildr serves as a facilitator and does not act as an employer, contractor, or representative for any Developer or Client.
Bildr does not guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of services provided by Developers or the accuracy of information provided by Clients.

Payments and Fees

Bildr facilitates payments through third-party payment processors.

Clients must fund agreed-upon payments before project commencement, which may be held in escrow until project milestones are met.
Bildr charges a service fee, which will be disclosed prior to entering into any agreement.

Disputes

Dispute Resolution Between Clients and Developers:

In the event of a dispute, Bildr may mediate but is not obligated to resolve disputes. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly.

Dispute Resolution with Bildr:

Any disputes with Bildr will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, as detailed in Section 14.

Prohibited Activites

Users may not:

Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.
Provide false or misleading information.
Circumvent Bildr’s payment systems.
Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Concept Vision Technology LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

Confidentiality

Both Clients and Developers agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during project collaborations.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Concept Vision Technology LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Platform.

Arbitration Agreement

All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Wyoming. Users waive the right to participate in class actions.
